............................ not trying to be dense.. was the NT poke at me?
No, it wasn't a poke at you. It was intended as a humorous comment to say that normal people are crazy when viewed from an atypical perspective. Usually it is the autistic person who is labeled as 'weird' or 'crazy', because their thought process is so different from the majority way of thinking. But on these forums, it is the autistic people who have the majority, thus 'normal' people are in the minority, and seem crazy by comparison to the majority. The humor is found in the juxtaposition of perspectives and social norms.
Anyways, I have said this about the book before and I guess I shall repeat myself. The book isn't published because I don't feel right about charging people for advice which should be free. Also, I am never really satisfied with my work, and publishing a faulty book just seems like half-assing it to me. If I were ever to publish it, I would want to go through and re-write a lot of the problem areas, expand on quiet a few sections, and probably break it up into 2 books.
There would be a shorter 100ish page intro book, like 'The basics of what you need to know', and then maybe a 200 page FAQ book that goes through things like medication, therapies, socializing, schooling, education choices, IEPs, etc. And the problem is that would take me a few months to write up (The current book itself took 7 months) and I have just been too busy with schooling. Although I am graduating in 2 1/2 weeks with no job lined up, so I might have a few month break after all

LOL! I don't think my insurance would let you bill, but you're more than welcome to try!
I never said I would bill your insurance, I just wanted the co-pay. No need to get the bureaucracy involved
