I also had zero attention span for non preferred activities at his age. I also never engaged anyone in any kind of play. My mother programmed me to do a few self-help things through endless repetition, routine, and prompting. Other than that, I played played played, and it was super duper fun. My father was glad that I was so self-sufficient when it came to playing, so I wouldn't always be pestering him while he was doing his work.

As for pretend play, it is so boring that I wouldn't wish it upon my enemies, not that I gotz any. But for eberry minute of pretend play or therapy that I had to engage in, I would probably have to stim for ten minutes to relieve myself of ickiness.
