These freeaking schools have our kids for hours and hours a day and can do whatever they please then call parents and blame the parents cuz the kid is just not behaving like the typical crash-test dummy they need.

Kids are dying in our public schools - ya wonder why? Maybe the bullies that start with administration?
Okay, I keep trying to control my temper but after what they did to my kid, I know they would have called DCFS if I had done it to a child but they can get away with it.
With federal laws like ADA and IDEA, check to see if there's a Center for Independent Living in your area (they're on the web). They also provide advocates for children and it's covered with your tax dollars. Our advocate advised fighting, but in the best interests of our son, I knew that (insert expletive) principal would still find a way to humiliate, demean and bully our son despite federal law and federal protection. Some people will actually take the time to learn, sadly we haven't met enough of them here in our rural town.
