Support groups for siblings?

I am a high school teacher in a small town. One of my students has recently written a deeply moving essay concerning the emotional drain of having a sibling on the spectrum.

Can anyone recommend good support for siblings?

Our town is in an isolated rural area, so it is unlikely that we will have access to a face to face support. What would be best would be online support groups and/or books written for young adult readers.
