I am not sure about one book, because each person is unique. But this list of books was given to me, and I thought I would pass them on to you. Take a look at the descriptions and review online and see if one might fit for you. In the end, you may have to focus more on accepting yourself and finding a support system to help you if they refuse to understand you.
