"Choice Board" Apps?
My son is only 20 months old, and he's almost a year delayed, but he's learned how to use a custom choice board that I created for him. This is fantastic, except for the fact that it's not very portable and it's difficult to add 'choices' (photographing, printing, laminating, adding a magnet).
I've been training him to use a touch screen for months with my iphone and Kindle Fire, and I think he's just about to the point where he could possibly use a very simple choice board app. I found one that I think he can handle, called "My Choice Board", but it's only available on apple products http://www.goodkarmaapplications.com/my ... board.html .
I was really hoping to find something like this for the Kindle Fire, being that we already own it, but I'm not having any luck. I'm going to purchase an ipad for him at some point, but they're so expensive that I want to wait until he's just a little bit older and more capable of using it.
Anyway, does anyone have any app suggestions for this sort of a thing? It doesn't even have to be an official "choice board" app, it could be as simple as a photo gallery with pictures that enlarge when you touch them. (I looked at all of the photo gallery's that I could find, and they were all too complicated in the sense that there were too many 'options' buttons along with the photos).
Thanks!

Is Kindle Fire an Android machine? I wasn't sure that any of the communication ones were android, so I found this list: http://www.friendshipcircle.org/blog/20 ... ogle-play/

Oh, thank you so much!! I'll look into this as soon as I get a chance and let you know if anything works for him. From what I understand, the Kindle Fire is not an Android, but you can "rig" it to operate like one. I wouldn't know how to do that, of course, but my husband probably could!
