Transitional schooling after high school

My 16 year old will be in the school system till age 21. After high school there is a place called Chapel Haven, New Haven CT that has been recommended. Being a single sole support I cannot afford the cost. Does the school system have to pay or at least contribute?

Call the school and ask how someone in your position would pay for this. Ask which staff member you should speak to about this. I'm sure they have many parents calling with the same concerns. If there is a way to get funding and/or a scholarship, I'm sure there is someone on their staff who will help walk you through the process.
