our almost 18 yrs old aspie is at the moment in (at least we see it that way)pretty ok period.puberty problems don´t seem to be as hard as three years ago when he had such a terrible phase of life, he struggled and suffered so much we had to take him out from school and a whole new way of life started.but ok, we took it day by day, found an ok school(he just graduated few weeks ago
)))) and ok, we are hanging on!he, however, doesn´t show any wish to go out. he stays in the house all days, he seems to be in pretty good mood, sleeps well, eats even better, watches tv, daydreams...every now and then talks to us a little bit,but as I say doesn´t want to go out, swimming or anything else.we definately don´t want to force him to anything.something maybe we feel sorry that he doesn´t seize good weather, sun and sea...but we remember bad times...bad experiences with kids in school or social situations in general.
any thoughts?
