Games and favorite characters?

Just so I can get a clear idea of the type of people on here, I would like to know the reader's favorite games and character(s) from that game. I'll start.

Tales of Symphonia- Colette Brunel, Mithos.
Kingdom Hearts- Kairi, Namine, Xion.
Final Fantasy series- White mage, Yuna, Vanille, Terra.
The Legend of Zelda series- Zelda, Midna.
Super Mario Galaxy- Rosalina.

Yeah, those series left the biggest impressions upon me. Oh, also can you suggest a game you might think I like? I'm mostly into Nintendo, Square Enix, Namco, and some of Wayforward right now.

I like Mario and Luigi.

Too many to list. I have rather eclectic tastes.

Rydia from Final Fantasy 4

I haven't played video-games in a long time. My real fav is character from game that was only made for graphing calculator. Game was called Dying Eyes. Guy's a horrible murderer who's locked in the dudgeon excepted to rot. He hasn't committed suicide because he has a girlfriend on the outside. The monster invade. After he breaks free from the castle; he goes on a quest to find his girl who's been kidnapped by the boss. After defeating the boss; his girlfriend has just died. He contemplates killing himself & the game gives two choices; life or death. If he chooses death he dies rather than face life alone without his love; & if he chooses life he lives in misery until he dies

Not sure if I could choose just one of any character or game. I'll try to keep it short...

I'd include some more, but other games aren't as heavily story driven and thus don't have particularly well written characters.

Mask of the Betrayer- Gannayev of Dreams

Baldur's Gate series- Yoshimo, Viconia, Sarevok (this was my entire party in throne of bhall, well sans Yoshimo, multiclassed Sarevok into a mage and me a kensai/theif)

Mount and Blade Warband- Matheld, Rolf

Epic Battle Fantasy- Lance, Matt, Natalie, No-Legs the cat :3

This is gonna be hard. I know I'll forget sone characters, but here goes (in no particular order): Bill Rizer and Lance Bean (Contra), Gabe Logan (Syphon Filter), Rin Tezuka (Katawa Shoujo), Nall (Lunar), Mike Haggar (Final Fight), Axel Stone (Streets of Rage), and more.

Valkyria Chronicles - Marina Wulfstan.
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2 - Frimelda Lotice.
Final Fantasy IX - Beatrix.
Streets of Rage - Axel Stone.
Pier Solar - Alina (so far).
Katawa Shoujo (is it even a game?) - Hanako

seriusly, there is way to mauch talk about rpg games around here, and while I do enjoy a decent rpg every ocne in awhile im find it hard to believe that there are so few post about a greater vareity or games,
