New Super Smash

Wait, what?
These controllers register pressure? Though I'm using one of them Gamecube-ish ones myself, cant use the screen thing for this game.
Cant even imagine using the 3DS for it, ugh. I ended up barely touching the 3DS version of the game as a result of the controls on it. Ended up being like some sort of demo just to hold me over until the Wii U version's release; that came out, havent touched the other one since.

The face buttons on controllers since SNES have been able to register the force of the users pressing.
It's up to the games to be programmed for it.
Triggers and shoulder buttons don't have the full sensitivity, with the exception of the Gamecube triggers.
The other controllers triggers have limited pressure sensitive with the Wii U controllers being digital (not pressure sensitive)

Shows how much I know about the actual equipment, hah.
I guess there's actually a point to me squashing the hell out of these controllers while playing this, then. Well, while playing as Ryu anyway... still gotta go get the damn card, bah. Which I'll do shortly.

Why do you think they named it Smash Bros?
All Smash attacks are based on how hard you press the sticks and buttons.
Also all TV remotes will change the channels and volume levels faster if you press them harder

Well, Ryu is interesting.
I wont use his counter (probably ever) for the same reason why I never use charged smash attacks (unless someone's had their shield broken somehow, I dont touch those), but other than that, he's got a pretty good moveset overall and plays pretty much as I expected him to. I'll probably use him pretty often.
With him and the Kirby stage, I've gotten all the DLC I wanted; didnt have to spend all that much, so I've got some money left and nothing to do with it.
