Also, I was plowing through endless mobs of toy Pokemon in Pokemon Rumble World; a "free to start" version of the normal Pokemon Rumble games. for being more or less a free-to-play game, it's surprisingly good (heck it even made me want to buy those pointless diamonds that you use constantly in the game. When a free-to-play makes you want to do something like that, you know the developers got something right! :o :D  ).

The entire final boss fight of RF4 is utterly ridiculous. First you fight the final boss, Ethelberd, who yells like he's literally drunk on power and teleports all over the place as if he's glitching. Then you fight him again with a dragon. Then he possesses said dragon. Then all of the townspeople pray for you in a scene that's suspiciously similar to the praying scene from FFIV. Then you get warped to an alternate dimension and fight a giant space whale. Then you get to watch a really long cutscene and the credits.

Really now? I though the final boss of Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories was atrociously difficult. (4 forms and you had to stock up on health potions and attack cards and the like.)

Also, You're probaly gonna hate him a lot since he has a similar appearance to that of your least favorite Final Fantasy hero. *cough* Lightning *cough*

^Fighting Mother Brain in Metroid Zero Mission is the worst for me. *shudder*
I never hate; I just dislike. I guess I find Lightning irritating because she's cold and the fact that she keeps ranting about fighting fate but does everything that the main villain wants her to do. :wall: I'll just ignore her.

While playing Ace Combat Infinity (PS3), I was also playing Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - First Assault Online (PC) which is sort like NeoTokyo (PC). I enjoyed it. I am fan of Ghost in the Shell anime. I love anime. I like sci-fi anime are cyberpunk and mecha (giant robot mech) such as Gundam. I'm also playing games on my iPad, but too many.

Mother Brain is just the worst, I can never get a good strategy down to avoiding those circles and the turrets, so it is needlessly frustrating rather than simple strategy movements to avoid damage. Metroid Queen from 2 is also incredibly frustrating, or at least it felt that way to me.

But talking of difficult bosses, I have still been playing Dark Souls, and I just got through a place called Blighttown, and I now understand why people absolutely despise it, Toxic is the worst. It actually felt somewhat better when I finally got down to the bottom so I could worry less about falling off ledges from tough enemies that can do heavy damage at close range, fire breathing dogs that move quickly, and the toxic inducing snipers. For the record, the bottom of Blighttown is a poisonous swamp filled with giant leeches and mosquitoes as well as other giant bugs that breathe fire. When you know that the easies part of an area is the poisonous swamp. And the boss, thought I was going well, before it did something that killed me with one attack, before you know attack patterns you do often get killed, especially if you think that you are doing pretty well. Beat it eventually though.

Huh, mostly Pokémon, Smash Bros. (3ds and Wii U) and Civilization V right now. Planning to go back to tabletop RPG with friends and start playing Undertale. c:

PS: Civilization V is fantastic. Takes too much time though.

^^I have a trick for skipping Mother Brain:
1) Make a save file after beating her and entering the Space Pirate ship. Copy it so you have two of the same file.
2) Make a new, third file and play through to just before the Mother Brain fight.
3) Use on of the copied files and continue playing, therefore skipping Mother Brain!
I hope that helps!

I'm finally playing that copy of Pokemon Y that I waited for so long!! !   I'm already addicted to it by the time of this writing, and so far it's really awesome!! ! :D

I was slightly dissapointed when I saw the mix of old and new Pokemon in the Kalos region. I just wish they'd stick to Black & White's 'nothing but new Pokemon' mentality rather than just mixing a newer generation with the previous one. :| Honestly I find it annoying that I can't tell which Pokemon is new or old. :x

Then again, It's been a while since I've played a proper Pokemon game. (the last Pokemon game I played before Y was White. So yeah, It's been a while. :o )

Funny because a lot of people who complain about Pokémon say that new Pokémon suck (in design) compared to old ones. This group is usually referred to as Gen Oners, with a strong sense of hate born from nostalgia against new Pokémon. If you are having a hard time telling them apart by generation, that can be a good, don't worry so much about gen the Pokémon came from. X and Y introduced mega-evolution, so past Pokémon can offer something new as new forms, but also there is the Fairy typing now, so some past Pokémon may work different now. For example now Gardevoir is fairy and so is immune and has an advantage to dragon types, but also a weakness to poison, which would not have been an issue before since just psychic is strong against poison. Which also makes poison now actually have more of a use rather than only having an advantage against grass but having a weaknesses against ground, psychic, rock, bugs, and steel.

Plus first game in 3D (not counting Stadium and like), so it is plenty fun with new models, and the in game app that allows to play with the Pokémon.

I'm trying to complete Operation Flashpoint: Red River. I've had this game for years, gotten close to the end, but it always defeats me. So I'm working on my game, trying to figure out what it is I don't understand about these last few levels.
