Gordon Freeman. Definitively. He is way better than Master Chief(who I find overrated and not as silent or cool.) He can kill the leader of an alien force with only a super-charged gravity gun. However, I am more of a G-Mod guy.

Playing through it again(and hoping to finish it this time - I should be able to now that I have cheats enabled :P), I think I have a couple from Red Dead Redemption. John Marston is an obvious choice, but I'm also liking Seth and Bonnie so far. Irish is a bit weird.
