I think its weird you won't share with us what game it is either, do you think we'll make fun of you or are you scared some internet detective will snoop for your name? There's no shame in whatever you're playing, even if its Hello Kitty Island Adventure or Barbie Dress up. The later is a very good reason to be secretive too, especially in this age of trolls and stalkers.

Sorry to push the issue, I'm just REALLY curious now about the name of the game. Something similar happened to someone I knew who was playing a free to play korean mmo called Magibongi, I think that's how you spell it. I don't trust any of these f2p companies really, its why I only play certain online games with good GM support (like anything by Blizz).

A lot of MMO's also don't like the idea of users getting premium benefits for free through loopholes, even if it's not the user that benefits committing anything.

Hmmmm..Pondering, these items that you might have bought, were they suspiciously cheap? Did you know they were items gained through "malicious methods"? If so, then you can be banned for that, too, in most likelihood. The fact you won't even share what the game is or shed light on your own actions is a little fishy. I don't even know why it matters what we think. A lot of sympathy from us won't get you unbanned! And quitting the game won't exactly solve anything, if anything it would only prove their point.

No items were suspiciously cheap, or very high, I buy a tight market of the same things, and have done that for a long time. I suspect the items could have been duped, stolen, it could be a lot of things really. They don't specify in full detail so I can't know even when I ask.

Okay say what you will then. For you personally, JanuaryMan, you've admitted that you are a cheater, and no disrespect to you, but I won't give you an invite to come over and cheat in the game, and I'm someone who tries to get rid of the cheating folk in games, because I think that attitude gamers bring in a game adversely effects the overall quality of the game for fair players. I'm not playing hello kitty adventures land or barbie dream house MMO's, LOL it's not about that. I've already said I have thoughts of selling my stuff for money, bad mouthed the game, and posted various copy+pastes of back n fourths with GM's/CM's so it would not be the brightest idea to say the game I play in my opinion.

I have heard of Mabinogi having many problems NeueZiel. Your friend is likely telling the truth. I actually tried Mabinogi out, after "quitting" except for wars.... in the game I just got blocked in. The horror stories I heard from other players in game was crazy. Luckily for me, I disliked the combat system, so I quit before spending much time in the game. I read the forums recently and it seems the population is dwindling too. I think if GW2 works out on my PC that will be my new MMORPG.

GW2 would probably be a more welcoming environment :)
No offence taken, btw. I think that's something a GM, Admin or accounts have to definitely consider when browsing community discussions. Someone openly admitting to finding / using cheats, exploits, hacks is a likely case for repeat offences, though there are many who say they don't cheat and cause just as many problems (Call of Duty games has this behaviour in abundance). I think the transparency of of the GM was good, and as you say it could be a number of things involved. Maybe you could backtrack what you have done, check your transactions etc. to assist them in fixing any possible exploits as this seems to be something you are normally keen to do :) would prevent other users falling into this predicament.

I'd say the exploits I've found in some games dating back to 1999 weren't always necessarily to further my advantage, but they have been problematic for other users. Some of these were in virtual worlds, where there are no winners or losers because the core application isn't a game. But where it has been for games, I have found reporting these sometimes falls on deaf ears, and when it does I then like to run riot with them (even if it's not the right thing to do) as it seems to be very effective in getting programmers and developers to fix a bug.
