Do you replay games?

The only time I replay a singleplayer/story-driven game that I finished is if it's a game that I really, really like that I haven't played it in many years or it has a New Game Plus mode. As a relevant side note, I just got done with my first New Game Plus playthrough of Transistor, even though the game's only been out for 2-3 days. It's a damn good game.

I love replaying games, whether they are considered to have "replay value" or not. For example, the first Spyro the Dragon really doesn't have any replay value; there is no other way to play it, no alternate storylines, nothing. But I just really enjoy charging Gnorcs and getting 100% completion, and i can do it over and over. I wonder if it's like stimming for me? It helps me relax, and I normally have a very hard time relaxing due to PTSD.

I don't replay every game; it has to be a game I really particularly enjoyed.

I've replayed every pokemon game (I mean, at least one per generation. I didn't play ruby, replay ruby, then play sapphire, and replay sapphire, or anything; though I did replay both red and blue a lot due to circumstances); final fantasy 7, the first disk of final fantasy 9; kingdom hearts, kingdom hearts 2, kingdom hearts chain of memories, Harvest Moon, Harvest Moon 2; Harvest Moon: more friends of mineral town, spyro the dragon, dragon age: origins, WOW (levelled a LOT of characters, I mean, some from the same starting areas and everything) and maplestory (same as WOW).

Oh heck, I've replayed a few games. Mainly Perfect Dark, Goldeneye, and the ratchet and clank series sometimes to see how quickly I could finish them. Collectively I must of put in 1000 hours between replaying those games.

I also had a strange fascination with Klonoa 2 and completed that more times than I can remember. Similarly goes for the earlier sonic adventure and advance games, sometimes for speed or finding glitches.

I like replaying FF10, sink easily 300 hours each time to do hings a little differently with the Expert Sphere Grid.

I used to love to replay almost every game i played, but the games that are coming nowdays just don't have enough content to make me do that.
And i don't mean "stuff to do after i beat the game", because games like Skyrim and Lightning Returns are games that have "good" reasons to be beaten again. But i don't know how to say... They don't have the motivational reasons to do that.

I used to but as a grownup now I no longer have the time to do replays

I usually always play a game twice, with about 3 or more weeks in between playthroughs. There are a few games that I didn't like that much, so I didn't play them twice. (Like AC1 and AC4. AC4 was such a huge disappointment).

I tend towards RPGs, so my 100%-completion mindset requires a lot of replays to see different paths and stuff.
Fire Emblem Awakening is really bad with that, I'll be at this one until 2016 or so...
I replay Pokemon games every so often, sometimes just to see my favorite storyline scenes again.

Played the original Medal of Honour on PS1 when it first came out and found it a real challenge. Replayed it last year and blasted through it with maximum scores on each level. Still fun though!

Also tried to replay Alien Trilogy PS1, but gave up after about 7 levels. Couldn't see a bloody thing! This could have been a decent game!

I replayed is Star Wars Episode I because I finished it when I was little and I didn't speak English and I wanted to see if I could win the game without cheats.

I replayed Fable I because I wanted to be "good' first and then tried to be "evil" the second time and that was fun because things are sufficiently different to make it still enjoyable. Then I tried to replay Fable 3 because you can choose gender, but it was too boring the second time.

But most recently I play the sort of open world type games so I don't replay just do mini games in Grand Theft Auto 4 I finished the story and just play mini games like bowling and got mods that you have to eat and sleep etc which makes it fun enough without replaying.

Most games i played don't have a lot of replay value, so i like to wait a long while before making any replays, an attempt to kinda restore the novelty factor. Most Zelda games i have i've replayed at least once (OOT i've played 8 times)
