Ugh, there's ANOTHER Mass Effect game coming?

Really, REALLY dislike that series.

And my favorite part: When it comes, my entire group of friends will likely not shut up about it for a month at least. Joy, even less reason to leave the house during that time.

The only thing about E3 that depressed me really was the fact I can't afford all the games I want plus a PS4, an Xbox One & a Vita to play everything! ( sidenote: no Mother 3, no Golden Sun 4, no F-Zero and no SMTXFE news plus possible gimmicky bs in Star Fox Wii U were somewhat depressing to me )

i see that a few times and I just don't get the whole BF4 sucks, did it have a roughish start yes, but they've fixed most the glitichs and problems since then. It is a improved BF3 so i don't get how bf3 is good but bf4 sucks. I like bf4 more, only thing i dislike is the no long range scopes on the simi auto sniper rifles. though there's some new guns that have them. even when it was problemmatic I only suffered like 10 crashes over the 9 months. most during the first months. and the sniper rifles were aweful and there was a rifle bi pod glitch. all fixed. I like the maps better except for the navy strike ones. heck they even redid and improved bf3 maps

also its not bf5 its battefield hardline. it looks to just be like bf viet nam. its a fast put out game using the current game as a base. this one looks sh***y except for people that like call of duty. BF5 will likely be 2-3 years out as they have to do battlefront and another bad company then bf5. but I'm a battlefield person. love the games since bad company . first battlefield with hardcore and ffirt i loved. then went to bf3 and they added the selector switch darn guess i'll have to make time to play bf4 now i have a craving for it.

i really wish both sony and microsoft would have share more details with devolopers early on so they could have games coming to the systems in the first year. this who 2015 or 2016 thing sucks. First time having a console in its first years.

I will have to check out the new Zelda, I was pretty disappointed that Skyward Sword didn't have an overworld. It was good, but it felt so small.

I thought the overworld was the best part of LBW, for some reason I didn't really care for the dungeons that much...and I can really get caught up in the whole "collect-a-thon" side of certain games @_@

LBW is a good game, but one of my main complaints with it is its overworld. It's almost exactly the same as the one from ALttP. I know they were sort of trying to go for it being a spiritual sequel to ALttP, but they could have at least made the overworld larger and more varied. Of course, I'm a bit biased since ALttP was the first Zelda I ever played, and as a result I've pretty much memorized the light world overworld map by heart.

It's not as hard to get into as you might think. I've had a few chances to go myself, and if I really absolutely had to, I could likely go next year, though I've definitely no desire to do so.

That being said, the main attractions are the same events you can witness by simply watching them on the Net. They generally do have game demos/displays/kiosks/whatever the word is set up with new games to try.... unless they've stopped doing that in recent years.... but typically you'd have long lines to deal with. Depends on your patience with that, then, I suppose. I go to alot of conventions, and.... argh. Hate waiting in lines. At an event like that, you get to do it REALLY OFTEN.

Not to mention something like that is typically a pricey trip. Yet usually an interesting trip, for an event of that sort.

Yeah, I'm also not into going to big conventions. Just not my thing. Anything worth seeing can be seen online without having to deal with big crowds and waiting in line. Hell, PAX Prime is held 20 minutes from my house and I've never gone nor do I have plans to.

When I was a kid I remember wanting to go to E3 really really badly, but then eventually modern gaming stopped appealing to me.

Zelda is my favorite game series of all time! however I am the exact oposite from you. I got into the series when I was 12 with the wind waker...that game made the series for me with its high encouragment for exploration. What makes a zelda game for me is the WORLD... dungeons are secondary for me.

that being said, and as a huge Skyrim fan, I am absolutely thrilled with the direction they decided to take this zelda game! this is just my opinion though, but I couldnt be happier.

I can't put how disapointed i am with the lack of news about the Majora's Mask remake into words.
The trailer of the new Zelda shows almost nothing about the game itself, so we just can't skip to conclusions.
Apart from that what caught my attention was The Witcher 3, Dragon Age Inquisition, Sunset Overdrive, Bayonetta 2, Xenoblade Chronicles X and some of the indie games shown by both microsoft and sony.

Lorule is very different from the Dark World, though.

People thought they were going to do something, and instead there was the unveil of an American comic books styled steampunk shooter, with extra US and apparently set in London, fighting giant monsters.

Odd not to have anything said since It has a pretty loud cult following. There were some interesting points, like someone was spotted holding a Majora's Mask at the invitational, and I think it was Hyrule Warriors that showed this:

I figured it might be something I wanna do at least once since I like video games and have always wanted to see something up close and live.

You can get showfloor passes to E3, if you don't work in the industry, but you'll have to pay for them yourself, and they're expensive. You can also possibly get into one of the conferences, if you know where they are, and just wait in a crowd, but there's some luck involved there.

Where would a person buy one of these? I would love to go to E3 someday.
