...I absolutely HATE Halo.
And I already saw the trailer on Youtube - sorry fanboys, but the anime looks 10 times better than the game EVER did.
In fact, it looks like it'll be the only good thing to ever come from the series other than Red vs. Blue.
Halo bores me. I see my friends there just trying to kill each other for no reason (I am not into multiplayers, much less when they make it look as if there's no story at all).
I might like a movie, but I will not try to see it unless there's nothing else to do.
Well their actualy is a very rich story, the humanside going back to people rebeling against the government that governs over all of the Human colonys. The government in a choice to lower death of soldeirs created super soldeirs by abducting "perfect" children and through a very interesting book you see how they become the perfect soldeirs with both brain and brawn. And for some reason a powerful alien group attacks human colonies who hold a long lost alien species as gods thatt moved into the next form of existance. Though they actualy killed themselves to stop a dangerous parasite from using them to spread over the universe.
The games do have some killing each other for no reason, though that is only one the types, there is everything from capture the flag, area controling, team games, racing, holding item to win and even a form of soccer, not to mention campain that can have cooperate. I have a fond memory where I played Griff ball (form of soccer) with some people online, or playing with some others online in teams and having some friendly talk back to how well each are doing. Sure the game is mostly about killing things, but what popular modern game isn't.
