The first Ninja Gaiden on Oldbox is one of my favourite games of all time, the second on Xbox 360/PS3 while a great game, seemed like a HD update and didn't seem to offer anything new in terms of gameplay. Although, granted, it did seem a little more welcoming to less dedicated players.
Ninja Gaiden 3 is released soon and seems to have been given a new coat of paint and some new gameplay additions.
I'm unsure how welcome some of these new additions will be over time, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. The constant radio chatter for instance seems incredibly offputting.
