Akai Katana - best 360 game in years!

I picked up Akai Katana a couple of months ago, but I just started playing it yesterday.

I have to say, it is supremely addictive. Easy to pick up and learn, extremely difficult to master. Not a game for achievement whores. But I am having so much fun with it that eventually I will get all the achievements, even if it might take a couple of years of honing my shmup skills.

Does anybody else here like playing games like this one?

Akai Katana is a video game? Sounds like a sword from an electronics company.
