I have an obsession with wolves so when there are games based around wolves (ie. twilight princess) I get really excited. So even though the game isn't coming out fort sometime I am already getting ready for it. I have beaten okami on the wii and ps2 multiple times and twilight princess many times too. First I was wondering if there are any other games based around wolves. Also I have never played Okamiden and I was wondering is it a kick in the throat or is it not bad. Also is it when Amaterasu was young or is it a new wolf. Anyone else excited about okami HD. Can't wait to get all the trophies

I'm excited for another HD port, I wish they would do that for Ace Combat. Obvious answer: Starfox? That's a fox but there's a wolf in the game (he's a bad guy). Pokemon actually has some really cool designs that are very Okami-ish, well..mainly Ninetales, very beautiful design:



There's also a very distinct wolf character in the ps2 jrpg, Shadow Hearts: Covenant :

He joins you from the getgo and is one of the most useful characters (and the coolest as well). There's a little sidequest/minigame where you go around the world battling different wolves one on one and I think you gain new moves from them. The screenshot above is from a quick portion of the game where you control the wolf, Blanca, to rescue the main characters who are trapped in a dungeon. You re-inact a canine version of Metal Gear and its very cute.

What systems will it be for? I have Okami for the Wii and think it's amazing.

I know for sure its coming for PS3 since I am waiting for it. Played it on PS2 too.

Ine it is in 1080p it most sertenly won't be on the wii since it isn't even an HD console. Now if the decide to bring it to the wiiU which will be 1080p then that would work. Also it is not as I know of coming out on dick for the ps3 only download at the PSN. Anyway can't wait.

Okai seemed amazing on the demo I played when I was young and I played the Wii version and loved the gameplay but hated how shaky the controls felt...now I will get to enjoy it with good motion controls! Game seems amazing, gorgeous art and amazing theming.
