How to Stream to Twitch or post on YT from last gen systems

Ok, So, I started playing GTA 5 recently online and I really love it. It's the first game I've truly loved to play online. First off I don't have many friends online that play it and on top of that the last time I played I loved hearing some of these annoying kids and just laugh a little bit at them and I just thought it'd be funny to record online gameplay. First of all I've seen some of these $150 capture devices that you can use to stream to online, but my problem is that my headset can only work on one device at a time, so it would probably not come out of the stream when sent through the hdmi cable. Also I'd want to do this wirelessly. A wire from the ps3 to the pc would not do.

Do you have anything like an old laptop or desktop that you would be willing to use?

I have an android tablet.

What would you be willing to spend on materials?
