Taiwan inventor Corbett Wall claimed Nintendo infringed upon a patent for "an apparatus like a cellular telephone to create a message by singing into the apparatus or by pressing buttons on the apparatus as he listens to background music presented by the apparatus."
I'm not that big into modern technology so I don't know nor do I care what that means. All I can say is FINALLY there is justice after all.
Here's to hoping for a successful dispute against Philips. The Flowers of Robert Mapplethorpe is the worst game on CD-i!!
