objects in game you wish you could touch

Are there curtain objects, items, or textures in video games that you've played that you actually wished you could touch, grab, hold, or feel?

i.e. when I was young, i used to love playing Super Mario Bros. and I used to love the way the brown blocks that made up the stair cases to the flag pole looked. I loved how the brown blocks looked almost three dimensional, almost like a signature chocolate candy bar, and wished I could actually reach out and touch the blocks to feel the texture. Every time I would play the game, it would almost bug me because I wished I could feel the texture of the boxes. I often imagines how nice they would feel.

The Squid wishes to touch the hair present on the Colossi in "Shadow of the Colossus". From far away, it was "Next Gen" and beautiful. Look up close? It's a bunch of spotty pixel blobs! o.O Magical!

This is mentioned a lot in the character backgrounds of some of the robot masters in classic Megaman.

Freaking cabinets, console buttons... Impulse to explore always leads me to this desire, I don't care about the 12 bad guys in th next room (at least not yet) I want to see whats inside the cabinets of this room! and what does that flashing button on that console over there do? It's connected to some sort of industrial machine, and i want to press it and see what it does.

I especially hate it when the above is within a sciencey space facility... so much potential for weird sci-fi gizmos. Although Doom 3's computer interface was pretty darn neat when it first came out, I remember being completely bewildered by using a computer within a computer.

When I was a kid I thought it was so cool to punch those "secret" blocks in SMB that released lots of coins when you hit them repeatedly. The way they would bounce upwards even though they looked like a solid part of the wall, and I thought the way the points you got from the coins would float up into the air was so cool. I always wanted to punch those blocks in real life. And in SMB 2 I wished I could grab and pull out veggies that were like the ones in the game (the large ones with faces on them), and the Pikimin. And I just want to grab and squish Kirby and Jigglypuff in the Smash games or bounce off of them.

Do all the women in them count? As long as you don't call them "objects" because that sounds sexist. BecauseI would love to touch some of them

Pixelated boobs. I went crazy over them when I was a teenager. There were so ridiculously big and out of proportion in some games.

Thinking about it now, I'd like to see what it would be like to pull the Master Sword out of its pedestal. That would be really cool.
