I'm looking for a certain mod. I want a mod i can use to make both male and female faces look really young.

there are many mods that do this, the thing is that you have to be willing to search and understand that a lot of mods for skyrim are perverse in nature when it comes to character creation. Check out the sight "Nexus Mods", they have a section for skyrim mods and actually, that specific type of mod should be in the top 100 section.

Ok I found one but how do I know it won't mess up my computer?

honestly, you never know, the thing is, if you used nexus mods, they're usually safe. Also, if it requires you to mess with anything other than the files inside your skyrim game directory, or other files connected to it, then it's unsafe and if you already downloaded it, delete the file and run a virus scan.
