...gambling?" (I exceeded the subject line character limit.) I think because that this is a form of gaming in a way, I decided to put this here rather than in the Current Events forum. So, with that said....
Earlier this week, the New York state Attorney General, Eric Schneiderman, declared "Daily Fantasy Sports" websites (DraftKings, FanDuel, and if you've watched a sporting event in the US in recent months, I bet you have no doubt seen their commercials), as illegal forms of gambling, and have ordered both the aforementioned sites to stop accepting bets from within NY state.
Now, this brings me to the question at hand: Do you think that such "Daily Fantasy Sports" websites are 'games of skill' (which is one reason why they are legal most states) or an illegal form of gambling (a few states have banned such sites on these grounds, my state, Washington, being one of them)? Let's have a civil debate about this.
