Use the search function to look up specific topics that come to mind. Read and re-read the material until you are familiar with the definitions. Look up videos on youtube. I find it much easier to digest the material with medical marijuana. Basically:

You have incarnated on this Earth at this time to experience the shift into 4th Density, an expanded level of consciousness that will pierce the 5th dimensional veil. All you need to do is become oriented towards Service to Others more than 51% of the time.

4th Density is easy to understand if you look at animals, which are at 2nd Density. Humans are at 3rd Density, and with our level of consciousness we can easily imagine animals talking to us and recognizing our world as if they were human, becoming more conscious, because our experience lets us look down on 2nd Density from our viewpoint, yet humans and animals occupy the same space.

4th Density is the next step. Be mindful of service to others internally, externally, consciously and unconsciously.

It doesn't hurt to work on your chakras. Identify where the chakras are on your body and remember the chakras don't care whether you believe in them or not. Look them up on bing/google images. Medical marijuana can serve as a useful crutch.

Imagine a laser going through each chakra, absorbing colored energy based on the color of that chakra, doing so with each breath. Associate imagination with the sixth chakra, and love and 4th Density with the 4th chakra.

Do you stare off into space? Stare at the chakras. Are you distracted? Be distracted by the chakras. Do you have repetitive thoughts? Let them be about the chakras.

Meditate. Don't worry if you're meditating properly or not, just do it. Breathe in. Breathe out.

Even if you were to accept channelings are possible and that the specific channelings are real channelings. There is always the risk that the channelings come from spirits that lie. Why would a spirit lie? I don't know, but if you died or was an ascended being wouldn't you get bored easily? I wouldn't mind trolling mankind's psychics to get out of the boredom.

We have said many times that as you evolve and some of these events begin to unfold, one of the big pieces that will take place for you is a new understanding of multidimensionality. You are becoming multidimensional beings, and some of the disorders that humans have categorized around that will be understood. One of these in particular is Autism. We have defined autism as a multidimensional person who lives with one foot in two worlds. Most of the time the autistic child cannot find their way back to the world in which you know them to be autistic. In fact, they may exist more in the other world than they do in the one you call your daily life. That is a very frustrating experience for a soul to have. Yet, much can be accomplished through this. So even though it is not an illness or anything that is “wrong,” much of what you can learn through the beauty of autism is that there is a huge gift in learning multidimensionality. The biggest challenge that a person with autism experiences is the frustration and eventually anger that he or she feels. They have so much information coming in that they cannot fully interpret it. Those of you who are not autistic have filters in place that allow you to only see and experience the information and vibrations within your own reality. Autistic people have these filters removed, and they have a difficult time assimilating all of the information to be able to see things they same way you see them. We also tell you that this is beginning to change. Due to your own dimensional shift and opening to multidimensionality with the rewiring process now underway you will begin to find transformational tools, what we call translation tools, that will help you translate communications to people in other dimensions. This will finally unlock much of the mystery of the condition of autism. Watch for this. Again, the tools will be labeled differently from how we just described, as they will come from non-woo-woo sciences, but new tools for understanding autism are on the horizon.

Some of these tools have even been here for a long time, yet they have not been understood as of yet…like the person who works with autistic children who wears a crystal every day because he knows that the child cannot talk to him but can talk to the crystal. The autistic child can talk through the crystal because it is a translation device. They can speak to the crystal because the crystal can be used as a translation device because it exists in multiple dimensions itself, and can therefore reach fully into their dimension as well as yours. Please know that not all crystals can be used to reach autistic children, but ones of the correct vibration have been used for this purpose. This is similar to the fact that most autistic children can communicate with some animals and particularly with those we know to be multidimensional, such as dolphins. It is not possible to have a pet dolphin in your home so that you can communicate with an autistic child, but understand that there are translation devices that already exist and have for some time. This will now start to happen with other forms as well. Some will be objects and some will be living, multidimensional forms of life. Some will be the new biology, and we tell you that there will be gifted children who will come along very soon who will help to translate and understand the gift of autism.

When these children begin to evolve do not fear them. Know how they are and know that the gifts they carry are to be carried by all humans as the evolution continues. See them for the possibilities that they hold. You are the disciples of the Light. You are the holders of the flashlight, dear ones, and when people fall into fear with the changes ahead, you are the ones who can make a difference. This is the enactment of your sacred contract. All humanity is going through a rewiring process at this time on Earth. The human animal is shifting into higher vibrations. It is also no secret to say that is one point that will cause fear on your planet. Very simply, humans are afraid of change. That is why you are here, dear ones. That is what will call you into action, for you are the disciples of the Light. You understand. You have dedicated yourself to holding the flashlight for the highest outcome without trying to point the exact way or to tell anyone which way to turn or what to do; you just shine that light so that all may see. Digestive System, Gastrointestinal Tract:

The last physical issue we wish to address is that there are major changes in the digestive tracts of humans as the changes to biology begin. Please know that humans only see things when they are negative and they become problems. That is why the news is almost always negative in nature. No one would watch if you had a “good news” channel. It is simply human nature. Just know that although most of these changes will be brought to your attention in the negative, they are happening in the positive as well. Changes to the human digestive tracts will cause a wide variety of symptoms in the near future. Know that if you are experiencing these, that even though you may be having difficulties, you also may be one of the first to take a higher vibrational physical body. Be patient and don’t forget to breathe; this, too, shall pass.

Emotions:

With all of the physical changes taking place the emotions are all over the board, dear ones. There will be depression on this planet like never before and there will be many who go inward with the creative energy rather than outward. We tell you that repression of energy is the greatest problem you have on this planet. You are god and repressing any part of that will create problems in the physical and emotional bodies. It always has, and yet now humans will be even more sensitive to that than ever before. You can personally make a difference there. Take that as a call, dear ones.–a call to action, for that is where you can make a difference first. Help people to move that creative energy outward rather than inward. You are here to shine your light. And whether that is working with your next door neighbor or teaching thousands of people is up to you. We will never tell you which way to turn, but we can say that you hold the key and you are a disciple of the Light. You have dedicated yourself to the study and use of Light for many lifetimes and that is why we call you the disciples of the Light. You are the ones who can help people to pick up their camera and find the best angle. You are the New Family of Light and you came in with the greatest hope that humanity would make it to the point that it is right now. You are being called to action. The fourth density is, as we have said, as regularized in its approach as the striking of a clock upon the hour. The space/time of your solar system has enabled this planetary sphere to spiral into space/time of a different vibrational configuration. This causes the planetary sphere to be able to be molded by these new distortions. However, the thought-forms of your people during this transition period are such that the mind/body/spirit complexes of both individual and societies are scattered throughout the spectrum instead of becoming able to grasp the needle, shall we say, and point the compass in one direction.

Thus, the entry into the vibration of love, sometimes called by your people the vibration of understanding, is not effective with your present societal complex. Thus, the harvest shall be such that many will repeat the third-density cycle. The energies of your Wanderers, your teachers, and your adepts at this time are all bent upon increasing the harvest. However, there are few to harvest.

Ra: I am Ra. A mind/body/spirit social complex becomes a social memory complex when its entire group of entities are of one orientation or seeking. The group memory lost to the individuals in the roots of the tree of mind then becomes known to the social complex, thus creating a social memory complex. The advantages of this complex are the relative lack of distortion in understanding the social beingness and the relative lack of distortion in pursuing the direction of seeking, for all understanding/distortions are available to the entities of the society.

Now then, for some time we and other messengers of the light have been alerting you to the tumultuous times ahead. Now we say, they are here. Until recently Earth’s journey out of deep third density wasn’t at all apparent to the uninformed; now that she’s nearer to the doorway of fourth density, you are on the fast track to world transformation. The planet is accelerating its travels into the energy planes where interaction with other celestial bodies will assist in the rapid uprooting of negativity, and everything based in dark intent will be exposed. Through the end of this calendar year and well into the next, Earth’s energy field of potential will be rife with combative activity until the momentum of the light overcomes the last shred of darkness.

Because of all that commotion, it is not possible to determine exact timing of events that must and shall come to pass before the dawning of the Golden Age at the end of 2012. Especially the lightworker community, where the presence of our universal brothers and sisters is known, is eager to hear when those among you will introduce themselves and those above you will land. We don’t know when that will be because they themselves do not, and they are as eager as you for that day to come. During these final stages of Earth’s journey to fourth density, stay steadfast in the light. You are innately prepared to handle the changes that will be difficult for those whose closed minds have kept them stuck in third density’s limited mentality and lack of spiritual clarity. Enlighten those who are searching for answers and are receptive, yet be mindful that it is each person’s choice to “see the light” and respond positively or not.

All of this is known to souls living in spirit, so why would any choose to be born into a third density civilization time and time and time again? They do so because in other incarnations they succumbed to rather than surmounted the rampant fear, ignorance, deception and warring that are the cornerstones of dark control. Each time they choose to complete third density karmic lessons in roles agreed upon with all others who want to share the lifetime so all can achieve balanced experiencing and start back up the ladder spiritually and intellectually. Each time the souls are convinced that this time in personage they will retain the light with which all infants come.

However, time and again their determination to successfully maneuver through a world where darkness flourishes became mired in the actuality of living in those low density conditions. Thus for millennia Earth’s residents unwittingly have been captives of the lies perpetrated and perpetuated by on-planet puppets of the dark forces. Always a few persons did heed messages from soul level and spoke the truth, but their voices were cut short or their information was distorted, and deception and the massive negativity issued from it continued to reign.

About seven decades past in your timing, Earth cried out for help to end that destructive cycle. In response, the highest universal council created the master plan for her transition out of third density and the return to fifth, where Earth’s soul originated and remained even as the accumulating negativity caused her body to spiral downward. The plan included the joint efforts of evolved beings from other civilizations with selected persons on Earth and a timetable for the planet to be out of third density, the end of your year 2012. Even though time—which in reality is the prevailing energy frequency—is passing more quickly by the day, Earth’s timely arrival at the threshold of what was named her Golden Age is certain.

For long ages darkness dominated Earth’s civilizations, and when the planet’s very survival depended upon ending the cycle of third density karma that the darkness perpetuated, certain individuals agreed to create situations and conditions that would give billions of souls the opportunity to experience what they needed to complete their third density karma and evolve into fourth density. It was a massive collective agreement designed to immeasurably benefit many, many souls.

Rather than the harsh punishment that third density mentality will demand for those individuals who became bereft of light except the spark that is the life force of every soul, compassion and forgiveness will best serve you and all others in the eternal Oneness of All. This does not mean condoning or excusing any of the actions that continued after those individuals reneged on their soul-level agreements.

The godliness of generously sharing with those in need does not extend to forcing your beliefs upon those whose own beliefs are different. Third density peoples embrace spiritual and universal enlightenment at the right time for each of them, and your ultimate responsibility is your own evolution in those respects.

Technarch, people on these forums will not understand your message because you fail to put it in terms they can understand. If you can find some way of putting it logically, I think your message would be better appreciated.

Since we are too frightened, indifferent, or limited to cleaning up our world's mess, we create an opportunity for very malevolent people to be in power and take advantage of the situation. I do agree with you from a logical standpoint. This is way too spiritual to be taken seriously. I have tried but I guess it is even too odd for me.
