So far, I've had an awesome experience with wrongplanet. I've encountered almost nothing but open-minded, reasonable people. The PPR seems to be where all the petty, holier-than-thou, smarter-than-you, I'm-right-you're-wrong know it alls come to be total ***holes and insult everybody else's opinion (often without actually reading the post). I swear, there's so much knuckle-dragging, smirking negativity here.
Fortunately, most of the people here are alright, but at the same time there's so much arrogance and disrespect.

Someone more eloquent than I might describe the PPR dynamic more accurately or in better detail, GS, but it is far from being deadly.

Do you honestly believe that? You sound like you sincerely believe I'm looking for trouble. Can I tell you the truth? A fight is the last thing I want. And I never thought my outrage would be interpreted as instigation. I swear to God, I'm not looking for a fight, although considering some of the responses I've gotten in these last two days, I have every right to expect one. I'm serious as a heart attack dude, I'm not looking for another fight! In fact, I clicked on this just to see how ugly and irrational the remarks would be. I didn't even think I would respond at this point, but if you think I'm in for a fight, that's nothing I want.
