For the love of God, stop using that phrase on everyone with opinions divergent from your own. I've seen you fling that phrase around carelessly at least a half-dozen times in other threads, always to discredit someone with whom you disagree. You use it so much, it's become a predictable empty platitude. We get it, you think of the government and media (save for Fox News, of course) as Jim Jones, and all the rest of us as blind, dumb rubes who've been seduced by him. Do you realize how incredibly condescending and insulting that is?


I heard Limbaugh use that phrase in the video someone posted elsewhere which emphasizes to me that he repeats what he hears and doesn't actually think about it for himself.


Really? I haven't watched the Limbaugh video someone else posted yet, because the computer I'm working on isn't hooked up to where I can listen to audio. It would be nice if someone could get me a transcript.

Even if the ADL has something of a sensationalist flavour to it, those are real cases and causes for concern. There was also the Christian Warrior Militia plot earlier this year. Honestly, do you really think telling people inclidned to believe in Bircher-style conspiracies that Communist Nazi Socialists have gained control of the government and will take away all gunswon't provoke a response? Are you being deliberately obstinate or are you genuinely unaware of the social psychology of many Militia Movement members?
