Any other atheists/agnostics from only the US against Obama?

This thread makes no sense. There is little relevance between the two positions, other than the fact that the closest America has come to an atheist president was Jefferson, who was a Deist.

I don't think we're allowed to have an atheist president since they gotta use god a lot in their "touching" speeches.

Then again, it could be some of them are atheists in sheeps clothing. Not many religionists would be persuaded to vote for them heathens who might turn the world into Sodom and Gomorra....not that it already has...< <

I think that since religion is so important with people in the U.S., an atheist would have a very difficult time winning an election. People were up in arms about Mitt Romney being a Mormon, and let's not forget all the people who thought Obama was a Muslim.
