Not my favourite, but the most appropriate one i could think of.

"Human" and "monster" are not exclusive. He is a human, whether he understands it, acknowledges it, likes it or believes he can argue the fact out of existence. Silly philosopher.

(edit - though perhaps if the original quote is not in English, it makes more sense?)

i really must read more that he wrote.

it does seem conceptually limited and artistically licensed.

it may be said also that every possible "die" is "loaded".

if i return to basal physical reality and consider a die, then one sees that the six concave chunks of die gouged from the "six" side makes that side of the die lighter than the opposite side which has only one concave scoop taken from it.
people may delicately insert weights during the manufacture of dice to compensate for the symmetric imbalance of the center of gravity of them. but people can not perfectly annihilate asymmetry in dice.
i think that the concept of "dice" in einsteins quote is to convey that there can be no truly random event.
asymmetry of effect always results in an inevitable manifestation.
