I'm at east happy as long as Alex doesn't go to using Pulse 360 like WOW does; if I see one more cheap shoestring advertisement for the miracle weightloss or horrendous side-effects of Acai berries I'll throw up.
I think what the OP is seeing is largely Alex's sense of humor, maybe not always - some things may just creep in - though I do remember that most of the time when there's been a large enough lampooning or roasting of a certain religion, political ideology, etc. in the forum there's shortly thereafter an advertising banner endorsing it. That happened with Ann Coulter, I've seen that with Islamic wives sites, if we have Scientology ads on here as well - I haven't seen too many threads roasting Scientology but that could still be in rotation from way back.
