masturbation isn't a sin as long as you dont lust.

How are you supposed to accomplish masturbation without lust?
The same way you shoot someone with an unloaded gun.

masturbation focuses on feeling. not some thought.

and no i haven't been watching to many Japanese movies im just using the sword as an example.

here is another example. you are sitting on the couch and the remote is on the table in front of you but you ask your friend to get it for you. he tells you no and go get it your self.

thats how the words "in the name of jesus" should not be used.

What?????

Are you talking about those Japanese movies where the men are seated in a circle, all masturbating, while one woman masturbates in the center?

What's this about a sword?

Would the remote be to switch to a porn station?

What in the name of Jesus is the rest of this about?

*sigh* maybe im not explaining this well or your trolling.

the whole point of this topic is to show that christianity is just about having a relationship with god and looking up to jesus as your personal savior.

basically if you look at religion it just teaches you to hide your sinful self and show to everyone that you are a very perfect person and that you no longer sin. even though everyone still does. (read romans 6)

in other words Christianity is removing the mask and religion is about keeping the mask on.

you know what im trying to say now?

Doesn't matter what Christianity is about. It's still based on unsupported mythical claims.

I know what you are saying. I could even [for a while] talk using your definitions. But your idiosyncratic use of the term "religion" will put you in the same plasce as my colleague with his reversed diacritics.

"Religion" has so many conflicting definitions as it is that in serious discussion ewe need to establish first which sense we are using. Adding a definition, even if it is just a qualification of an existing definition, is just going to block communication.

Judaism is not a religion it is the expression of the covenantal relationship God developed with the Children of Israel.
Islam is not a religion it is the submision of ones will to Allah
Buddism is not a religion it is a system of relief from suffering.
Shinto is not a religion it is a relationship with the traditions of Japan
...
and on and on.
there does not seem to be any religions.

Now you are doing the "no such thing as a Frenchman" thing.

Finick jargon is a perversion of language.

That means I am calling certain ones here perverts.

Where is a moderator when you need one?

That doesn't make any sense. You're thinking about f*****g a girl while you're jerking off, and those thoughts pertain to the feeling. Same thing with shooting someone with a gun. You're thinking about killing that person, and those thoughts pertain to the gratification of that.

Absurdism is what finick language is best at.

No - says the finick from the past, what see rising from the pot of cicken soup is NOT steam, it is water vapor.

It makes no friends.

I [by hopping from one definition ice floe to another] could argue Christianity IS a religion, is NOT a religion, is not A religion, is a NON-religion, and of course "there is no such thing as Christianity". But to what end?

 I honestly thought this forum would be one which supported and recognised the foibles of other members. Debate, I further surmised, would be brutally honest and factual for what self respecting Aspie would resort to clawing at the eyes of one focussed on on something they themselves could not see. Each poster is entitled to an opinion both here and in the real world. I left the real world after living what seems like several lifetimes incognito and this place was the first 'haven' for disclosure. Now I remember why I became a recluse

Aspies have difficulties with 'charm and diplomacy' but this does not Entitle us to be verbally destructive or hurtful towards another.

Religion should not be something for one to be hurt over.

Twice in a night I break it.

Do you mean

A. Nobody should hurt another because of religion

OR

B. If I call you a dummy and an evil person and insane and deluded for attaching to such a dungheap religion, you should not feel hurt?

They are very different statements.
