I think us Autistics need to stop people that are anti-Autistic and that are trying to prevent the future of Autistic generations.

This sounds a little more like National Socialism because National Socialism focuses on advancing a superior race with authoritarian/totalitarian nationalism. Fascism is authoritarian/totalitarian nationalism with corporatist economic policies.
