Let's see, he took the National Debt from 10 trillion to 14 trillion in just under 2 years (blame Bush for it). It isn't like we will going down like the Soviet Union.
He proped the "Obamacare" bullcrap. Let's see, the govt has a way of beeping up social security, the rescue of Hurricane Katrina victims, the ecomony, and on and on and we want the SAME govt to handle our Health Care?????
Turning our country into a socialist wasteland, (my uncle who runs a auto repair shop have started seeing a increase in his business taxes).

I'm just getting started.
At least I'm not a kool-aid drinker.

We've also been in the biggest depression since the 1930s, derp-tee-durrr.

And still getting worse.
Obama actually had the galls to go on 10TV a couple weeks ago and said "things are getting better" Sure and I'm Jack Hanna of the Columbus Zoo

Herman Cain? Seriously? The guy who says he won't read anything longer than 3 pages?

The RNC is still rolling out the joke candidates. I do wonder if they have a candidate of substance hidden under a rock somewhere though.

What do the democrats have that is any better????

An incumbent.

And yes, Obama's actual actions as a politician are conservative. To the right of Ronald Regan, frequently.

Sure he talks about redistribution but he's continued all of W's policies.

Obama the same level as Ronald Reagan????????

He is making Jimmy Carter look better.

No I'm saying his politics, as observed through his actions, are center-right.

Which places him far to the left of the extremist cadre currently passing for the republican party. And to the right of some past republican presidents.

The RNC hasn't fielded a single credible candidate yet. My most generous presumption is that they are rolling out the lunatics early so that the public can tire of them before it really matters.

If you nominate some nincompoop like Cain, Pawlenty, Palin, Bachmann, or Gingrich, you will lose badly, and i will personally thank you.

That was in the works long before Obama took office. Obama is a scapegoat at best concerning the cause of the recession.

I don't understand. Did he sign off in agreement of these policies when he could have had a veto? Or was there a Republican majority that managed to continue the policies by vote? [I am not knowledgeable on the legislation process so I would appreciate an explanation]

You don't have a clue what really bad is. But continue railing at your favorite scape-goat. This country deserves to become a third world shit-hole for all I care with the idiocy of it's populace. We are all slaves to the corporate tit that has now ransacked the country and sold us out for foreign slave wages. It was all happening all along, WAY BEFORE anyone even heard the name of Obama. We've been in a false bubble economy since at least the late 90s.

America is a third world country, and people don't recognize it... and I think that that's pretty god damn sad, that they don't recognize their own country as a third world, third rate, third class slum.

(sorry, knee-jerk GYBE interjection)

The stimulus did not make a dent. It was mostly a waste of money. Obama's response to the recession is definitely open to criticism. But I was saying he is definitely not the cause of the recession and so he really cannot be criticized for something he did not cause. It is unfair.

I am having a hard time figuring out why you mentioned the stimulus. Did you misunderstand or misread what I wrote?

He might not of been responsible for the start of it, but his idiotic policies are the reason why the recession is still going and getting worse.
Ask my uncle who runs a auto repair shop. Business has gone up but he can't hire anymore help thanks to the fact he is being taxed to death.

No, I don't want to move to Cuba, but places like Sweden and Germany are doing a heck of a lot better economically than we are. With MUCH higher taxes to boot. Damn pinkos!

All the more reason to move if you are not happy with our country's capitalism. I know I would if I loathe the system (only probb is there isn't anything really exciting in Sweden except for ice hockey)

Liberals tend to paint a picture that Obamacare will make it possible to have unlimited access to services at places like Johns Hopkins, St. Jude, and Loma Linda. In reality, that readily available healthcare in communist countries liberals talk about so much has more resemblance to an American veterinary clinic than an American ER unless you are related to someone politically connected. Most mental health services range from medieval to nonexistent to combined with political re-education camps. In January 2010, the main psychiatric hospital in Havana, Cuba that houses about 2,500 patients (it's hard to imagine how that wouldn't be dangerously overcrowded) lost 26 patients to freezing temperatures do to horrible conditions.
