Its Winter. Have you been up North lately? I have. Its definitely NOT getting colder there. Though I find it amusing that you often argue on this topic as if you have some background or expertise while simultaneously failing to comprehend the fundamental differences between "weather" and "climate"

Just to support Vigilans's point, so far, our winter in Montreal has been quite warm. We did not get snow until very recently, it usually doesn't stay for more than a week before it melts completely. We did have a good amount of it for Xmas though, but even now as I write this, it's above 0 celsius outside by 2.4 degrees. =/ It's one of the weirdest winters I've ever had in the past 20 years or so I've been aware of winters.

A rise in the global average temp could trigger an ice age for all we know so our local climates are not a good indicator at this moment in time.

Global warming or human caused global warming? There can be many causes for the current global warming trend. Among them human activity and also among them natural causes.

Industry, farming, polution from cars has all added up. There is no doubt we have produced the increase in CO2, there is no doubt that CO2 is a greenhouse gas. At the same time we have deforrested most of the world. If global warming has nothing to with us then there should be a valid alternative idea for why the global temperature is rising consistently at this moment in time and there doesn't appear to be one.

Water vapor is a green house gas and it's more abundant then CO2. Maybe we should all stop breathing. That'll take care of both the water vapor and CO2 issues.

We all know there are natural fluctuations but the addition of CO2 will add to that.
