Where AS come in this? I don't know, however, in one hand, I'd be glad that psychological evaluations take part on wether someone is liable to carry a fire weapon (to be a danger to society and all) Problem though that AS, in some cases, is acompanied with other issues.
But I won't get into the "rights of aspies to carry gun" and stuff, the question is where to draw the line, or wether psychological history or evaluations is thought to be necessary.
No psychological testing can prove you will go off. They can test that you have some amount of capacity to do something violent but they cannot test the moral component that is what it all comes down to. Besides, you are innocent until proven guilty and cannot have your rights taken away without due process.
