No, because in a conversation each participant has a slightly different meaning for the words.


For some words. But for others which denote specific and concrete objects they will agree 100 percent most of the time.

In any case the meanings are close enough so that coherent conversations can be held. And if the disagreeing parties can settle on some circumlocution they both can live with, the meanings have been tuned and adjusted sufficiently well.
