Clock strikes right twice a day.

thats the second time you've misphrased that saying.

Clocks are right the whole time. It goes "even a broken clock is correct twice a day".

Gah. *slaps forehead* :wall:

Don't you guys send convicts to Australia any more?

In the original article:

Quote:
It is understood the Justice Secretary is also unimpressed that some jails .... even allow gay inmates to share cells.

Well, what's wrong with that?

Do they want the gay inmates to bunk together with straight inmates, to entertain or convert them?

I think they don't want anyone to have consensual sex in prison. They should be more alarmed at how much rape there is in there.

Not if the timing on them is incorrect.

So, yes, incorrectly phrased.

You can't think of the obvious 'luxury' that two gay inmates could 'share' ?

I'm surprised no one has suggested women's prisons for homosexual male inmates.
