Central Africa would also be quite the experience.

Feyokien, what do you mean by Central Africa?

Most of those nations are quite poor and suffer from heavy civil war and other problems.

Or, are you like me, and would actually be interested in being born into one of those countries?

I'd personally wouldn't have been against growing up to be join a rebel/freedom fighter group. To develop physical fitness and strength as a young adult, to learn guerrilla warfare and being a part of a militia to fight for my people and free the country and all that. Even if we aren't victorious, the idea in general sounds adventurous and amazing. Though it might all just be a romanticized image in my head. The reality is far more gruesome I would think.

Though, it's just as likely that in those types of countries you could be kidnapped as a child, or forced to serve in the military as a child, etc.

Yeah basically what you just said. It would be a far different experience than growing up in the gentle states. It isn't romantic though like you've stated, it'd be a different kind of hell. To live the life of an actual warrior. It's something I actually want sometimes. I actually plan to join the military after college if I fail to secure a job with my degree. Serve for maybe 6-10 years and then after that maybe become a PF.

Sweden seems to be a nice country. But I also would like to live in Norwegian and Ireland.
