Right now the rich have republicans pushing our nation's "wild west mentality" to extreme biased unfair and unnecessary levels heavily weighed against the non-rich. The endgame is simple. They don't want anyone below them to have any money anymore. What happens after that is all bad. The American Dream has been dying since Reagan's era, crippled further as of Clinton's NAFTA and as of Citizens United, it's officially dead...accept it. TPP is just going to beat the dead horse.

It's democrats top. Do you think Bloomberg wants to share his money or Clinton. If so they'd have donated it all to the people. Both parties are owned and run by the rich to make them more money and keep what they have.

More people becoming rich mean less money for them. Their goal is to take all the middle class money until the 99% are all poor people. All so they can compare with each other how much money they have and never spend it.

When this all comes down,they'll jet off to China and do the same there.

Yes, they will leave the U.S. and rinse and repeat all over the rest of the world, but what happens to the 99%? Will they just decide they don't need the 99% anymore and dispose of everyone? There will be a lot of civil unrest over the fact that 99% of the human population ends up broke. Either someone up top must realize that the rich have gone too far and reverse everything or privatized police and military will be suppressing the public for the rest of time. The only freedom we'll have is the freedom to die if we don't follow orders.

Like in the past people will rise up when they've had enough. It'll be bloody and the 1% and their gaurds will be killed, the world will never be the same again,mbut they don't care they just want more and more money they won't even use.

The only difference between now and then is that there'll be more bloodshed. Those police and military better wake up and realize what they are truly fighting for and what they need to fight for and side against the rich who pay them.

Here in continental Europe we pay about 40% of our income on taxes - money that is allocated to the poor, the work-shy, the good for nothing, the asylum seekers, and the retired

Be it a 1%er or a 99%er, this description is sound and for the one richer trillionaire to pay more as a % of his income than a slightly lesser rich trillionaire is just as immoral.

Guess that you're right. But still, here in continental Europe the oligarchs have to pay a big share to the poor, I suppose a bigger share than in the US

Example: an ayslum seekers family, pa ma and 3 kids, who got their permit to stay in 2008, afterwards they were given social benefits of 1.400 euro a month, without real obligation to work, as they are "not qualified for the labour market": lack of education, adherents of orthodox islam, negative attitude towards the West
so since 2008 they got 8 years x 12 months x 1.400 = 134.400 euro for nothing

perhaps we have to tackle the extremes, the extremely rich, and non qualified golddiggers

Indeed. I hope the world gets with dealing with both the super rich and poor who are draining the middle class which is the backbone of any healthy economy.

I think though, that if you found a graph for any nation, it would look quite close to the graph I gave for the U.S..

I think people are getting quite fed up with how the left is dealing with these issues which is why many E U nations are voting to the right and why a guy like Trump can and might just get elected.

The left better start to listen to their middle class or they will lose the gains they have made in the last few decades.
