ZIMMERMAN VERDICT IS IN - NOT GUILTY

Trayvon's drug use was relevant because the question was why was he profiled? Some people think it was because he was black, Zimmerman said it was because he was acting strange. If Martin was high as a kite, it might give credence Zimmerman's assertion and explain why reacted the way he did. Zimmerman's life was similarly dragged thru the mud, it's unfortunate part of cases like this. The media can be blamed as well since they purposely tried to misrepresent Zimmerman and Martin with years old photos and characterizations. In the end I don't think it made much of a difference in the case, the evidence and lack of it pretty much spoke for itself so character assassination was not really nessasary.
No it is not relevant. He had traces of THC in his system. "Too small an amount to be significant" according to the medical examiner who carried out Trayvon's autopsy. That means that it was days, maybe weeks that it had been in his system. Martin was profiled because he was black not because he was high.
You Zimmerman fanboys are grasping at straws in your attempts to justify Zimmerman murdering that kid.

Max000, that's your OPINION. You can't PROVE it was murder. The state of Florida, with a massive amount of resources, failed to PROVE it was murder.
You can't prove Treyvon did not throw the first punch. Under the law, whoever starts the physical fight is in the wrong. Tragic as it may be, that's the way it works. It's not MURDER to defend yourself when someone physically attacks you.

I thik he mixed arrest and suspension. I copypaste from a link I put before:
Trayvon was known to leave school, “skip out” during the day. This is how he accumulated so many absences (53) in only a few months. This was also the reason for his initial suspension.
Suspended #1 – Skipping class, excessive tardies and absences.
Suspended #2 – Criminal Mischief – Graffiti and the hidden stolen stuff.
Suspended #3 – Drug use – Marijuana, and Marijuana pipe. {this might have actually been an expulsion, if you look at his tweets etc}

Yes it does. Look at the 2nd and 3rd picture. The guy is trying to get his hand to his waste, but can't do it. It is physically impossible to get a gun from your waste when someone is on top of you. Getting hold of a gun and shooting someone who is on top of you beating the crap out of you, is just a fantasy of some gunnuts. It doesn't happen in real life. Martial arts and self-defence people know that. Because they practice this sort of thing.
No it does not. Look, forensic evidence proves the weapon was fired at an angle possible only if fired from a below-to-above position. Right there any kind of 'martial art expert' experience goes out the window.
Z also mentioned T. saw his gun and was trying to reach it...to do that T. would've had to remove his leg from being over the gun. Z's testimony says that is when he made the decision to shoot because he thought T. was going to use the gun on him. He had been squirming while getting slammed in the head just before that. It is very likely Z beat T to reaching the gun since he was in a more natural position to draw it.. T would've had to let go off Z's head, twist his torso sideways, lift his knee a bit to see+reach for the gun. The wound was straight in the heart from a directly-in-front angle (not sideways throught the chest as a shot fire from the hip upward would) which means T's torso was turned in that direction when the shot was fired...for it is unlikely Z pulled the gun out, brought it to his own torso center and fired... T would've intercepted that with his hands.
In any case, it is all speculation. The only evidence at hand is the forensics proving the shot did come from straight ahead and below. Witnesses did see one man on top of the other and then heard the gunshot. You have physical evidence and witness testimony backing up Z's version of events.

There is no doubt Z killed T. The issue at hand is 'T fanboys' claiming this was a maliciously planned murder with 'white conspiracy' at the judicial level garnished with racial issues. The prosecution FAILED to pursue the manslaughter charges and focused on the murder charge. That is the only reason why Z. was found not guilty in both accounts.
If you want to be angry, get angry at T's parents for they were most certainly the ones pushing the prosecution lawyers to go for murder charge... for the moment they presented both murder and manslaughter every analyst in the media, lawyers, etc. commented it would be very difficult to get a sentencing for murder but the manslaughter would be feasible.

Proves my point.
Trayvon Martin being suspended from school (oh, the horror!) suddenly becomes Trayvon Martin being arrested.
Trayvon Martin recording a video of a fight suddenly becomes a video of Trayvon Martin engaging in a fight.
Trayvon Martin smoked marijuana suddenly becomes Trayvon Martin is a drug dealer.
Compare that to the *documented* prior history of George Zimmerman, who had to go to court due to charges of violent behaviour. Twice.

This is so ridiculous I don't even know where to start so I'm just gonna spit it all out as I go along.
How do you even know if Martin had a full mount?
Even if he did, how the hell are we supposed to determine where Martin put his weight?
If say Martin had his hips lifted, that's more than enough clearance for Zimmerman to draw his gun.
Plus Zimmerman had a little Kel-Tec PF9 which is pretty easy to draw.
And why should we take your word for what would happen in "real life"?
Do you have any experience with handling these sort of situations or is it just you and your theories?
That's all most instructors and dojo nerds have so I'd take anything they say with a grain of salt.
It blows my mind how people can just jump to conclusions and be so arrogant about it...
SMH...

sealed and expuged record are only destroyed every 7 to 10 years.police detectives can go to the court house and read paper transcripts of arrests and convictions that were never put online or were erased from online data bases.private detectives also as well as all citizens can read paper police reports that were never reorted to CORY data bases.
you can find anything about anyone if you look hard enough.
you cant ever be denied, business, gun, concealed carry, liquor or any other public liscense or job based on arrest or expunged conviction.
private companies if weathy enough can dig deeper if they are very determend,or if someone has applied to the: state police,FBI,secret service or CIA.The detectives doing background checks can turn your life upside down and find anything.there is a difference between a background investigation performed by experienced detectives and a basic CORY (criminal offense record investigation) a basic cory only reveals non expunged convictions and the years a cory can go back depends on the state and how much the investigator is willing to pay.
a basic CORY in vermont goes back only 3 years and costs 35 dollars, they can do a $75 CORY that goes back 10 years.they can a FBI or ATF CORY which reports a states and all adult arrests and conviction but these are lenthly and very expensive.only gun stores, and police investigating gun permit requests are mandated to do those.
but to get a taxi or chauffeurs licsense in the state of vermont, one simply must have had no felonies,DUI'S or criminal speeding or not more then 2 civil speeding violation in the last three years only

Also, Zimmerman owned 1 cheap 9mm pistol and an even cheaper holster for it, that hardly makes him a "gun nut", he wasn't even carrying a spare magazine that night. Zimmerman was clearly a utilitarian carrier, he bought the cheapest, smallest thing that would reliably work and be convenient to carry, and went on about his business; he didn't start a collection, compete in the shooting sports, or otherwise do anything to indicate a strong interest in firearms beyond owning the one for personal protection. IMHO, you don't acquire the "nut" label until you own enough guns to not be able to recall off hand exactly how many you have.
The police actually recommended that Zimmerman buy a gun instead of using pepper spray in a response to his multiple calls about a loose pitbull in the neighborhood that at one one time cornered his wife.

Yes, I remember that:

Good profile from Reuters, all the morons hollering for blood should take the two minutes and read it.

A half-ass re-enactment of events with a bias against Zimmerman proves nothing.

Please, a debate is about arguments. It's quite boring to see people claiming 'I won, I won!'.
Being suspended several time from school is not the horror. But I never was, for example. Most of people (if not all) I know never were. This is about profiling which kind of person he was, and this points out he was a conflictive guy.
I don't where the 'T recording a video' comes from. He was not suspended for recording a video, but because of repetitive school absences, graffiti, carrying stolen goods and drugs use. Perhaps you read too fast my post.
With regard to drugs: suspension was because T was using drugs, not because being a drug dealer, and as that it was reported. This is a fact.
Besides that, you have the possibility of T being a drug dealer, based in much more evidences than this school suspension. Here you have a summarize of all evidences that points out it: http://beforeitsnews.com/alternative/20 ... 09316.html
According to it, it's not conclusive that he was a drug dealer, but it's highly likely.

Not established in court or anywhere else. Zimmerman's release is not a conviction of Martin.
