Well if the working class end up paying higher taxes, that means they won't vote for him the next time around. Like Raptor basically said, when it came to voting for Trump, money talks louder than anything else.

Depends on the other candidate to a degree, if it comes out the Dem candidate said at one time the working class people are moranic racists Trump would have a decent chance of bieng reelected.
