That's my point exactly. Jews are simply a RELIGION. Nothing more. They aren't a race as people of different races are Jews. They aren't a culture as people of many different cultures practice judaism. I don't want to be referred to as jewish for those reasons and also since I don't believe in or agree with judaism. But unfortunately uneducated people in the world believe the myth that jews are a race and culture.

you're the first Jew ive encountered who did NOT consider Jews to be an ethnic group.
Usually its gentiles who say what you're saying ( except for the few rabid racists who say the opposite-that they are a whole race unto themselves which is also absurd).
The Rom, or Gypsies, are scattered all over the planet too, but theyre still considered an ethnic group.
Whatever.
If it is just a religion then its simple enough to just stop going to temple, and take up Wicca or whatever.
