Scatology topic

The parady was the coffin nail. I was always wary of cults, but Scientology seems like a bunch of paranoid mormons. I never knew this was a factor in their recruitment (the ones years ago that tired to entice me[and failed!! :P ] were more interested in my bank account) and so here was something about Blubbard's Beliefs I did not know.

I like parodies just as much as the next guy, but we cannot forget all of the evil and death that the cult has caused.

I don't think scientology is anything like the threat many people fear it to be by spreading is tentacles in every corner of the world, because for 99.9% of the population dismiss scientology as a bit of a joke. Just because a few prominent celebrities are into scientology does not make it particularly powerful.

The fact that they can be dismissed as kooks not to be taken seriously, is exactly why they are dangerous and must be taken seriously!! !!
They have killed people. Never forget that.

They're forbidden in France and, I believe, in other european countries.
That never prevented them to go on and on and on (as far as I know).
Yes, they're dangerous as many others.

In the Citizens' Commission article, L. Ron Hubbard is quoted as saying that psychiatrists use and rape women, yet he was supposedly a pedophile himself?

Why all but a negligible percentage of people dismiss Scientology as a complete joke.
