And then it swings back around again so that bright Dominican women, or bright black men get passed up on in favour of white majority hires.
Or we could use the much more sensible system of "Can you do the bleeding job because THAT is what is important, not who you f**k or what colour your babies are." IF "Tanisha" can find her way around a Venturi nozzle then hire her. Simple as that. And when she goes home at night to her Asian girlfriend and their adopted mixed-race kids, she will be happy knowing that she got the job based on her ability to launch a spacecraft into orbit that does not fail because the contract went to the cheapest bidder, not the best one. Because white men are so good at keeping space shuttles flight-worthy....
