Yes, the BNP are that bad. The leadership is National Socialist and often ex-NF and C18.

Most of the party foot-soldiers and the EDL are standard xenophobes. The BNP are much nastier once nastier once you look at them properly. If you read their website and look at the history of a lot of their membership, you soon realise this.

Whats nasty about shutting the doors? Isn't helping some racist Muslim nasty? You obviously know diddly squat about the EDL.

It's a party political broadcast for the Welsh Assembly elections. Every party that has enough clout gets one - so Labour, Conservatives, Liberal Democrats, UK Independence Party, Plaid Cymru, Green Party and the British National Party will all get a five-minute broadcast. The bigger parties generally get much more airtime than the smaller ones.

As for the question: are the BNP that bad? Compared to some of the ultranationalist parties from eastern Europe, no.

I still wouldn't ever vote BNP though.

Thanks, you could only watch 31 seconds, that says a lot.

He didn't say he only watched 31 seconds of it, he said 'watching the first 31 seconds etc'

I guess so. But he didn't say he continued either. But the last thing this country need is UAF fans.

I would. And i'm not racist. Its just hilarious that the BNP are as far right as you can go, espcially with what goes on here.

It's interesting to read that usually at EDL/UAF demonstrations most of the people who end up getting themselves arrested are UAF people (an organisation funded by the three main political parties). You never hear that on the news though, and the mainstream news makes the EDL look like the entire source of the trouble. I'm sure the EDL aren't angels by any means but biased reporting is likely to do great harm.

And I do so love the way the UAF want to unite against fascism by behaving like, er, fascists. Cracks me up, so it does.

The BNP aren't 'far-right'. Economically they are very socialist and left-wing. Socially they are authoritarian and racist. All good reasons not to stick a vote their way for me.

And I'm frankly getting very tired with the way the likes of the BBC (and left-wing organisations) branding any protest party they don't agree with 'far-right'.

Exactly, which mean there is no justification for booting one group of melanin-producing scumbags out, and leaving pastier yobs to roam freely.

Oh but didn't you realize?:

You scorn me for having a society's view against cannabis, yet you have a society's view against "racism".

I almost agree with you 100% Tequila, but just tell me how the BNP are racist? I'm not saying they aren't.

Bollocks, the BNP are far right they were formed as a splinter group from the National Front back in 1982. Would you call the Liverpool Echo & Merseyside Police left wing as they had dealings with the BNP, The Liverpool Echo refused to print an BNP ad this year & Merseyside Police sacked a copper from being a BNP member.

Are you forgetting the issues over BNP membership from the 3 to 4 years ago? The BNP had a run in with the Equality and Human Rights Commission over there membership policy. Plus police and the prison services are banned from joining the BNP. The Church of England banned they clergy from joining, also other professions have mooted sanctions on employees who are BNP members.

I'm not saying they're not extremist; I'm saying applying 'far-right' to a party like the BNP is a misnomer. National socialist would be more accurate?

:lmao: Yes, they are far right, as far right as this country will let anyone go. I'm just asking why I can't actually have a party thats actually racist, so I can be against them.

I didn't find anything objectionable there. What's wrong, for example, with this:

Quote:
Griffin espouses "ethno-nationalism" based on "concern for the well-being of the English, Scottish, Welsh and Irish ethnic nations that compose the United Kingdom".
