Yep, they are. And asides, you cannot always tell someone sexuality based on behavior or even by who they have sex with and sometimes, you can't tell based from who they are married with.

this is absolutely true. some kinds of sexual harassment are power-based, and it is not always directed at the gender of preference.

If a sexually harassed man were to come forward with a complaint it would require a confession from the harasser for the complaint to be credible. And under the present system no confession would be legally advisable because that would leave the harasser vulnerable to unbearable costly litigation. What we need is a new system of justice.

If the same guys were straight, they would be doing equally disrespectful things or worse to women, including the one you are seeing. Straight guys are going to cause you a lot more grief during your lifetime than gay guys ever will. When you walk in on some stranger screwing your wife doggy style, you will see what I mean. If I understand straight guys at all, most of them are a lot more touchy about someone messing with their wife than they would be about getting passes from some gay guy.

No more than you have personally experienced being harassed for reasons that you were too young to understand. You don't have to experience something first hand to have an idea how it affects people who have.

I don't get homophobia from straight men to be honest, on a logical level it doesn't make sense. So, you're saying that this guy, who wants to f**k other men, who I don't want to f**k, and doesn't want to f**k women that I do want to f**k is a bad thing?

No, I'm saying spreading lies about gays recruiting is dangerous, it gets people hurt and even killed.
