The recount is not about the Electoral College vs the popular vote. Do some reading.

I suggest everyone read Trump's latest tweets on Twitter. He's claiming he would've won popular vote if you deduct the millions that voted illegally! Plus he's claiming serious voter fraud in Virginia, New Hampshire and California.

Trump loves to lie, but he is now president-elect. Why would he say these things? Is there some new scandal about him that he needs to distract people from? Remember when he settled Trump University case, but then whined about how Pence was "harassed", which became the bigger story. Or anytime there was something about him revealed, he would say some crap on Twitter or in an interview- then that story would dominate the media.

This is becoming very suspicious.

I will rephrase the question
What are the chances of one one country or terrorist organization using intententionally or accidently using a nuke on another country during the next 4 years?

Trump 40%
Hillary 13%
It would not surprise me if Trump used tactical nukes on ISIS.

What are the chances of extinction or near extinction nuclear war in thr next 4 years?
Trump 15%
Hillary 3%

Because he loves riling people up on Twitter? Because he's thin skinned and can suffer no insult or suggestion that he's nothing less than a winner who's always winning? Because he can't help himself?

Why muddy the water with conspiracy theories when there are so many much more likely answers?

Why should I argue here? I believe that with the tensions we have, having Hillary WILL start World War 3.

I'm sorry, but I'm anxious because my young life is going to be ruined. I really do feel that if Hillary does get favored over Trump, it WILL start WW3. I feel really cold, upset, and misunderstood. I've been feeling almost ill over this. It's like a worst nightmare come true.

Don't worry, I'm 2 years your junior. Snark aside, I'm not particularly worried, the pettiness of the election has done a lot to get people talking about disarmament. That and Trump is too caught up trying to look more civic-minded than all his right wing peers.

I strongly disagree with your values. I'm not sure there's a sensible way of estimating the probability, we can't exactly peek at the next universe over, but I'd be surprised if it was more than 1% for Trump and a tiny tiny tiny number for any other prominent presidential contenders, even Lindsey Graham.

I don't think Trump would use tactical nukes on ISIS now. Maybe if he'd been in charge in 2013/14 when they controlled huge areas around Raqqa and Mosul, but today he'd probably be told there was just nowhere to nuke.

I doubt Hillary can start WW3. In my view- WW3 will happen due to many things. Trump wont have the power to stop Russia. They honestly feel like he will help them- but I think with all that has been said so far, people will have a good eye on Trump and his Russia ties (even if there is little good proof he is helping them). The day he does some crap- he will get impeached, if he isnt impeached before that. Russia prefers Trump because he's easier to manipulate and favors their land grab tactics. It's 2016- Russia needs to stop thinking they can just take over areas they have no business being in. With Trump as president, I'm thinking he will ignore much of the conflict in Russia/surrounding areas. However- house and senate wont be just allow that to happen I would bet.

I'm still calling it- Trump will be in office 4-6 months before he's impeached. He's a lying conman crook that wont help America much.

And when t still shows trump won will you all stop your tantrums?

If Hilary wins we'll probably have a violent civil war as she tries to strip the constitution and our rights

Trump has changed his mind on how many of his so-called "promises" so far? It really goes to show you, he has the mindset of many politicians- lying, sneaky and corrupt. He wanted to "drain the swamp" yet he's adding how many more evil people to his cabinet...

I'm not sure if the recount will find much but Hillary and Jill Stein have every right to do it, even if Trump or anyone whines about it.

Well actually the smug 'liberals' were crying that Trump wouldn't accept the result and would complain about rigging. Now ironically it is the 'liberals' who are complaining about rigging and who won't accept the result.

Any credibility Stein had has now gone. She's working on behalf of Clinton. Who knows maybe she's been threatened and blamed as she was said to have 'endorsed' Trump. I heard her talk live about this and she didn't sound like she believed what she was saying. She will know full well that there was rigging from Hillary's side, but fails to mention it. Where was she when crooked Clinton stole the primaries? Maybe Stein is bitter that no one voted for her and she's trying to get some publicity.

Why isn't Trump for a recount? He is the most suspicious of the electoral process of all of them.

He won, so he likely doesn't want a recount. He will still whine about how there was illegal voters and how he LOST the popular vote. He is upset he lost the popular vote, so he will throw out any excuse to why he lost it. His big mouth is going to be his downfall. I predict- once he is officially president, any meeting he has, once it ends- he will go on Twitter to brag about how well the meeting went, or to bash the people in it. Then the truth comes out from the other side- about how it didn't actually go well.

There's only so much "I was just kidding", "it was taken out of context" or "I didn't say that!" (Trump's top 3 excuses usually) that other leaders will put up with.

Because he knows the people invested in getting a recount don't want a fair outcome, they just don't want him to be President. We have an establishment in the West that will try anything to stop outcomes they disapprove of from taking place. Seen the same in Gaza, Ireland, Greece and now the UK. It will be interesting to see if the establishment has the audacity to change these latest two public votes. There could be civil wars in the UK and the US.
