^^^

i too am a bit disgusted about
the near sightedness off the accomplishments of
Greta on this Internet Site, in general; the Other Comment referencing
Her Genitals is about as disgusting as anything i've seen anywhere about anyone here.

True; i go too long; but at least i respect other people the best i can and will.

Of course no one would be 'brave' enough to say 'that' in real flesh and blood Life with a 'Real Man' Present.

She is an amazing role Model for Young People Making a Difference.

She Sheds a Positive Light on Asperger's Syndrome as more of a 'Super Power' than A 'Disability'.

Perhaps it is the fact that she is a Woman that pisses 'some people off' everywhere most;
i do not know for sure; never seen so much Ignorant Hatred anywhere; any time or place;
about a really stellar example of a Human being true; Just Yuck; it smells of 'Trumps' Through and through....

aghogday, where did I suggest your head was empty?
My comment about emotionalists needing brain cells?
That was not directed at you.
Not all people who embrace emotions are emotionalists.

Here is the definition of "emotionalism":

Quote:
noun
excessively emotional character: the emotionalism of sentimental fiction.
strong or excessive appeal to the emotions: the emotionalism of patriotic propaganda.
a tendency to display or respond with undue emotion, especially morbid emotion.
unwarranted expression or display of emotion. https://www.dictionary.com/browse/emotionalism

Quote:
emotionalism noun
emo·tion·al·ism | \ i-ˈmō-shnə-ˌli-zəm
, -shə-nə-ˌli-\
Definition of emotionalism

1 : a tendency to regard things emotionally
2 : undue indulgence in or display of emotion

Personally speaking, I think Greta is doing the image of autism a great disservice.
Greta does not speak for all of those on the spectrum, as you suggested.

Haha; I did not say you suggested my Head was empty; You made a reference that a Larger
Surface Area Should Dissipate more Heat; not taking into account it seems the additional Heat that a Bigger Head
Full of Warm Blood makes too. My Reference to not having a totally empty head was just a statement/metaphor in reference to the fact that i had a lot of Degrees in College that Did me a bit of good; but not really as much as 3 Degrees might otherwise indicate for what is even important in life; Happiness.

Anyone who suggests they do not like Happiness; is just not happy; period; it's common sense given.

Anyone who doesn't get a bit of ire and release it when something pisses them off; generally speaking
develops somatic issues; vague and uncomfortable; on the Other Hand one could be a 'Zen Master' like
me; hehe; and provide a quick Glancing Blow of a smile as linked below; and be as calm as any still lake Within;
Acting is fun; so is Zen Ego practiced as an Art; it beats having to physically fight too; a Crazy eye/baring teeth will
Say a whole lot more when totally calm within too..;)

Anyway; split seconds in change of Face; just in case anyone who thinks they can be scarier than me approaches
me in a Bar Parking Lot at 2 AM. You Will Never really know if Greta Was Calm or not inside by the Looks on her
Face or the Audio of Her voice; she also may be totally calm inside putting on a bit of a show to drive the Audience
to Her side; never the less; she's 16 Years-old and a dam sure sight better for Asperger's Syndrome than another
Mass Shooting Blamed on the Condition as such. People respect this; 'Normal People' with empathy on the 'Street'.
Not Saying You Should; and every indication here is that Your Autism is much different than mine and hers; neither
means you are wrong or we are right; just a bit different in Colors of Heart, Spirit and Soul; and that's A-okay.

Anyway; there is no real need to have Sympathy for her; if she is happy with who she is and how she expresses herself.

And That's common Sense too; one really can't ArmChair a Person with Asperger's Syndrome Fully; looking at the outside in for how they actually feel within; This is a common issue on the Spectrum; Non-Verbal Language not Matching feelings within. In Other Words, one cannot possibly know for sure if she has any problems with Her Psychology of Emotions within or not by just looking at her on the outside in; again.

At Least not me and that's for Dam sure; haha..;)

After A Marathon of 3 Hours of Dance Total Bliss and Ecstasy within.

How i exercise the Muscles in my Face Doesn't have to have anything to do with how i feel within; it is fun though, hehe;
You Should See me when i'm really Angry; Ever Seen A Shark Smile from Underneath; it's something like that but
no one has actually seen it but me; a bit Like when 'a Devil Becomes Real'...;)

The Look of 'Righteous Indignation' of Greta When Trump Passed by her on the News; was a force to be reckoned with
a Glare of A Death Stare it was. Something about 'Social Justice' hehe; no Joke For REAL.

I LIKELY could dish a 'good one out too' totally calm just like above; but a whole lot more intense depending on the effort.

It's Usually the Way i look at about the 18th Rep of Leg Pressing Close to a Ton of Weight, anyway for focus too.

OBTW; Asperger's is my Super Power for that too; Laser 100 PERCENT focus AND O PERCENT FEAR.

Whenever someone attempts a 'Challenge' With me on the Dance Floor; i stop on a Dime become totally still;
And sometimes they actually Literally run; People Can Sense; 'normal healthy people' anyway, when someone
is truly totally Fearless with Potential Chaos and havoc to come; Sort of Like a Big or Smaller Cat right before they strike.

i've knocked a Few People out of my way when they got up in 3 Feet of my space; they never come back; and i remain
as calm and blissful as ever before; true i wasn't always this way at all; used to be a little lamb before i became a real Lion Next; takes a Lifelong never ending practice to accomplish that in life; if You don't hang out in Bars every Week for
280 Weeks as of tomorrow like me; it's not really a skill that is Necessary in Dark Parking Lots with 'thugs' at 2AM..;)

Smiles my Friend; You don't seem very confrontational to me; and even if you were it wouldn't bother me at all;
in other words, there would be nothing to defend; my Common Experience in Life is folks yelling 'Legend' out of their
Car as they Pass me Walking on a Dark Bar Street at Night. There have been other instances where CarLoads of
Women have Screamed take off Your Shirt; Usually i don't have time to tell them i am nearly 60 Years old;
3 Weeks in a Row i had to Whip out my Driver's License and Prove it with 6660; if that doesn't do the
Trick i guess i could Show them my 'Devil Face' and relate that to the 3 Sixes on my Driver's License, hehe;
i kid you not; even when i was a 'Lamb' those 3 Sixes on my Driver's License was enough to scare the
Be Jesus out of the Christian Fundie Cashiers at Walmart when they Carded me for a Beer at 42. Don't need a Beer
anymore; i Master Bliss within for Free; oh how much richer one naturally is continuing to be this way TOTALLY TRUE IN LIGHT too..;)

aghogday,
Judging by the length of your post it may be that the filter's nervous breakdown might be over. :wink:

Whatever works for you works for you,
But may not be the best philosophy for everyone.
If you don't agree, we will have to agree to disagree. :wink:

You don't have to create a 1,500 word essay if you choose to reply, btw. :mrgreen:

Haha; Yeah i was testing Cloudflare with 1,025 words when i attempted to
add the next 3 Sentences in it balked. It Appears i just fit what i did in though; success.

Of course whatever works for anyone works for anyone; a great philosophy
to Have and really nothing to disagree with as everyone is entitled to their opinions and should
be allowed to exercise what works for them as long as they aren't mass murdering folks and stuff like that;

Or calling 16 Year-old Girls by Slang of Genitals; that's Just disgusting;
plain and simple; and dam sure not allowed in my presence at least.

He has done that before and gave The Walrus the opportunity to lock the thread.
I am waiting to see what happens this time. <chuckle>

Yeah, I think that guy has some psychological/anger issues.
Presumably, he isn't considered a troll by the admins or he would have been banned by now. <shrug>

Poor child.

It was pitiful when she tried to stare down Trump.

I'm glad he tweeted what he did, something along the lines of, "she seems like a happy child." She doesn't, but I'm still glad he said something positive.

These kids are going to feel so used when it's 40 years down the road and the earth is still here, without all that much change in industry.

But they're right.
The world might still be here in a century, but a lot of the wildlife will be :skull:
And life for a lot of people is going to get difficult.
We should be doing more.

If they are wrong, we save the planet. If the deniers are wrong, it's all lost.

What made the wildlife we unearth as fossils go extinct? Things like Woolly Mammoth, or the short-nosed bear? Would the animals we value so much today have been permitted to exist if someone had interfered with the extinction of those larger animals back then?

I see it differently.

I think the earth will continue to change and unnecessary species will go extinct to make way for new species that may be better adapted to do what they could not.

What if mankind as we know it is essentially irrelevant and a newer, better version of us is brewing in the DNA hallways right now? One that can deal with less land and more water?

We think we're supposed to exist, but what if mother nature disagrees?

There's too much we don't know.

I think to live clean and to pick up after one's self it the right way to live. But, I doubt it will turn extinction around.

In a human-driven extinction event, it is not only 'unnecessary species' which will be lost.

It's better to look at the UN IPCC report, which collates the latest climate science.
It might not be perfect, but it's the best consensus we have, and the models are improving all the time. The predictions are based on scientific observation and modelling, not some whacko idea someone came up with in the shower.
