I believe you are trivialising sex. I think it should be down on the law book as statutory rape. That program "something about maria" or something like that tricked people into shenanigans with a tranny and judging by the settlement package the contestants got for it Sky television knew this was wrong and punishable.

Sorry, I don't think there is any excuse for beating someone up/killing them in this. If I have sex with someone then I am responsible for ensuring it is safe to do so and that there is nothing objectionable to me involved. I can't just rush in and blame everyone else afterwards if things go wrong. As to trusting Sky with my or anyone elses integrity, that an offence in my book.

SHould this hold through despite the genitial status? Or what the birth certificate says?

Pre op/transtion people need to be careful, but are the people who go through it supposed to wear it forever?

Yes if you were born one sex you should let everyone you are having any sort of sexual contact with know before you have that contact. Pretending to be a woman and having people you have sexual contact with think you are is deception and morally wrong. Punishable by a kicking imo. I have no objections with anyone having sex with a tranny providing they know that the person is one.

It shouldn't be made the law. It's not something they should do, and yes I'd be pretty pissed off if someone did that to me, but I don't think there should be a law about it. Being tricked like that is a bad thing, but compared to beating someone to death, it's trivial.

As far as the There's Something About Miriam show goes, anyone who's stupid enough to go on a reality show deserves what they get. If that doesn't put people off from going on these shows, I dunno what will. Reality shows are just mind rotting BS made by corporate media to encourage real life bullying with the way they always have people being voted off.

People who finish surgery are not "pretending to be women" So you think that people have the right to ignore state issued birth certificates for your religious predjudice? Maybe if you live in a theocracy.

These people are quite legally female. Genitally and hormonally. Unless you live in England of course, but they are a bit backwards that way.

Are you obliged to admit genetic illnesses too? How about if you have a history of heart problems? XXY? XYY? or any of the other amusing genetic abnromalities? Its not that simple.

Personally I think if you don't tell the person you are risking your life, but that is the fault of real bigots not "pretend women" .

Don't confuse people who transition or are transtioning with crossdressers.

May I suggest getting your sex ed somwhere other than porno sites...........?

That is pretty much the reason why it shouldn't be made law.

What im saying is, if you are born with a weener then you should let someone know that before you have any sort of intercourse with them. There should be a law against it as much for the transexuals sake as anyones. Heart problems are nothing to do with the issue. That's more silliness. No-one has sex with hearts save for necropheliacs maybe. I fully agree with transexuals not being recognised legally as women cos they arent.
