Is racism acceptable if it is against "whites"?

It should be wrong, but sadly I see it happening all the time. In America white people are slowly turning into second class citizens because everyone now has the mentality that whites are all a bunch of evil rich plantation owners responsible for all the slavery and genocide in the world. Nobody cares if a white hetrosexual male looses his basic human rights because they all deserve it for being so evil and racist, and all the non-white races are incapable of comiting hate crimes on white people yet everything white people do is racist, including living and breathing.

No, I grew up in Georgia. And I'm mixed btw, I'm part Caucasian, Hawaiian, and Fillipino. 8)

I grew up in Texas, and in addition to the French and Irish which I primarily am, I also have ancestors who were Italian, English, Scottish, Cherokee, Canadian Indian (of some type, I wasn't told which specifically), and a few other tribes of people to which I am related. Strange that in Texas there was a lot less racism (of either hatred or preference types) than in Minnesota.

Sadly Georgia has plenty of racism, and it comes from every side. That's why I'm glad I moved to Florida. With all the partying and vacationing nobody has time to be racist here. :lol:

I suppose racism does occur more with those who are bored and just seek something to whine and complain about, as well as blame for all life's hardships.

no. and people need to get over whatever the whiteman has done to them, this is why most non-whites are so far behind in every poll like graduating highschool. because its breed into them that they are a victim

People of Asian origin seem to be doing pretty well.

I realize that this could get me flamed, but hear me out.

Racism in America is rampant, both ways. And that's wrong.

However, I think that one of the best things we can do about sterotypes is to prove them wrong. If you are a black person disturbed by the prejudice that a black high schooler will drop out or not go to college, help defeat that stereotype by working harder and getting accepted into a good school. I am a conservative Christian, and I have had to deal with the stereotype of someone who is narrow-minded and hateful of other religions. If I don't want my group to be seen as closed-minded and hateful, I shouldn't be closed-minded and hateful. If people see you as less capable because of your race, don't use that as an excuse to sit on your butt and perpetuate the stereotype. Prove it wrong.

And people of Hispanic culture are generally harder workers than most anglo-saxon and african-americans. There just happens to be a culture particular to America (as far as I know) which continually indoctrinates their children into believing that whitemen are evil and that they are becalmed due to the whiteman's government and are otherwise being persecuted. IDK, if you haven't noticed this, then perhaps you've lived in better parts of America than I have.

"We" didn't do anything at all. "We" weren't even born. Not to mention the fact that slavery was rife in areas that had never seen a white man. Ask the Chinese what happened to all the slaves they bought off the Arabs? (They gelded them so they could not propagate and thus rise up.) Or maybe ask Iran and Iraq or Jordan what they did with all the slaves they took during the crusades? Possibly we could ask the Zulus what they did with all the slaves they took? Maybe what "They" did to the slaves should be taken in to account to legitimize racism against those racial groups?

Muslim slave traders still have a market in human flesh. Involuntary servitude and slavery is still alive and ill in the world.

In general, Asian cultures are very competitive and aggressive. Not that there are no lazy Asians, but it seems to be their nature to compete.
